Our client requires a Construction Manager, who must be an oil & gas specialist (also NDT certified).
Client has to develop a boat for LNG transport, so that they prefer a specialist on oil & gas project due to an expected experience on pumps, engines, turbines, structures, piping, erection/construction.
Scope of works is the construction of a compression station to transform the gas from air to liquid. This liquid will be transported by an LNG boat.
Boat constructions are main part of the scope of works.
The specialist is requested to have a fluent English, knowledge of main specifications, supervision of the overall activities from quality point of view to delivery point of view, knowledge of welding procedures, NDT testing, drawing layouts, drawings and specification in general.
Experience in shipyard will be an advantage.
Site of activities: Vietnam.
Delivery time: 3 months for the first boat, than other two boats to a total delivery time expected from 9 to 12 months.
