The TC Manager shall be a Graduate (Mechanical) Engineer with varied experience in engineering and special emphasis on the Oil & Gas Upstream segment.

 

 

EXPERIENCE/ CAPABILITIES

 

  • Minimum proven 15 years experience with a similar service provider and/or in industry;

  • Demonstrable people and project management experience;

  • P&L experience;

  • Knowledge of engineering and certification activities;

  • Worked internationally;

  • In-depth knowledge of one or more and understanding of others out of: Oil and Gas, Power, Process industry, Infrastructure/ Construction.

AUTHORITIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

 

  • Business Unit of the hosting country I&F division. This includes commercial and operational activities;

  • He acts in accordance with the Procedures and Rules of Company, Zone strategy and strategic framework as detailed by the ZTCM, RCE and CCE.

 

 

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

 

  • Implement and drive RTC Mission delivery under supervision of ZTCM;

  • Ensure day to day management of the Technical Centre activities (team of 15+) in a profitable way;

  • Achieve set objectives (technical, commercial and personal) defined by ZTCM and RCE;

  • Supervise all works performed by the TC members, ensure technical quality and timely delivery of services;

  • Promote Technical Centre Services to Clients (existing and potential);

  • Reports activities and results to line management.

 

 

OTHER MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

 

  • Define and implement business plan, budget and resources for the Technical Centre, in coordination with line managers, in line with Corporate/ Zone and Region strategies;

  • Participate to Management Meetings as required;

  • Plan and manage resources, including manpower (recruitment and training) and tools (Codes & Standards, software);

  • Delegate tasks and responsibilities within RTC as applicable with the approval of ZTCM;

  • Communicate with other internal stakeholders (BL Managers, RTQRM);

  • Manage projects and perform tasks within his/her specialist discipline;

  • Fully adhere to and implement Company Code of Ethics;

  • Implement Company Procedures related to Quality and HSE.
