MINIMUM EDUCATION
Bachelor in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, Electrical) or other equivalent degree.
FIELD OF EXPERIENCE
Construction, preferably in Oil and Gas and in Saudi Aramco contract projects.
YEARS OF EXPERIENCE
At least 10 years in HSE, 2 years of which as project/ field construction safety manager.
TRAINING & CERTIFICATIONS
Major: Occupation Safety & Health Course Program, Job Hazard Analysis, Fire Protection, First Aid;
Minor: Construction Safety Management, OSHAS 18001 and ISO 14001, w/ accreditation in a recognized HSE Institution.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Administers the implementation of Loss Prevention Programs in the site projects;
Coordinates with Saudi Government, Saudi Aramco and/ or Main Client for all safety requirements and facilitates compliance in the project site;
Participate in safety-related events, conferences, meetings and represent the Company in these activities;
Collaborate with the client’s HSE for the implementation of the site’s Loss Prevention Program;
Develop and implement Site Based Safety Training Program for employees;
Maintain site HSE files, records, literatures and publications of related to the Company’s operations;
Prepares and submits consolidated safety reports to the corporate management;
Supervise the performance of Site Safety Officers to client satisfaction;
Facilitate improvement and enhancement of the working knowledge of Safety Officers;
Coordinate and interact with all corporate and project site departments of the Company to facilitate compliance of Safety Programs;
Keeps abreast with new developments in the field of Safety and Loss Prevention.
